Q. SHOULD YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE A HOME APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in a home results in one of two choices. You can schedule appliance repair to attempt to save a little money and continue using your old stove, refrigerator, dishwasher or dryer or washing machine or replace the old appliance with a new unit.

Appliances have an average lifetime. If the current home appliance is in the earlier or middle timeframe of that average lifetime, we always encourage calling our appliance repair company. If the appliance is reaching the final part of its expected lifetime, we would recommend to replace it with a new model if you are able to.

These are the expected lifetimes of all models of home appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

A. We do. Our service includes a warranty on all parts and our labor. We also use manufacturer appliance parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and several other popular appliance brands so we protect the manufacturer’s warranty. Do not hesitate to reach out to us at anytime following our service if problems continue with your home appliance.

Q. DO YOU REPAIR MY BROKEN APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST TRIP?

A. We can. We load our vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer parts and all of the necessary tools to perform our appliance repair service. If we do need to come back at a later time to finish a repair, there won’t be an add-on service charge. We estimate that we finish over 90% of appliance repair appointments during the initial trip.

Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for the technician to be at your residence. We are aware of how important your time is and we do our best to arrive within the early portion of the service window. But, if an earlier repair or appointment lasts a lot longer than we thought it would, this allows our repairman time to arrive on schedule in the service window. We call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
